From the moment you join doTERRA as a Wellness Advocate, you can earn ProPoints by completing meaningful activities that grow your business and community and then redeem those ProPoints for unique rewards you choose.
Who’s eligible to earn ProPoints?
All Wellness Advocates in the US and Canada can earn ProPoints based on qualifying business achievements. Whether you’re new, upgrading your account, or already building, you don’t need to apply or opt in—participation is automatic!
When can I start earning ProPoints?
Wellness Advocates can start earning ProPoints today! (All eligible Wellness Advocates in the US and Canada markets began earning ProPoints as of January 1, 2026.)
How do I earn ProPoints?
ProPoints can be earned for business achievements in the following areas:

Do I have to change core business building activities to earn ProPoints?
No. This experience is designed to recognize your achievements in the core activities that naturally support business growth and leadership development. So whether you build in person through classes, online, with vendor events, or however else, you can earn ProPoints in the four categories that help all businesses grow.
What can I redeem my ProPoints for?
ProPoints can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive experiences and items:

Do I have to redeem my ProPoints immediately?
No. You can redeem ProPoints as you go or save them up and work toward a larger reward—it’s up to you!
Will my ProPoints expire?
We want you to be recognized as you earn, and we know meaningful recognition looks different for everyone. Currently, ProPoints earned in 2026 need to be redeemed by January 31, 2027. This grace period for using ProPoints a month into the new year ensures any rank advancement points you may have earned at the end of the year can also be put toward a reward that’s meaningful to you.
Is there a limit to how many ProPoints I can earn?
Specific earning limits and additional information will be outlined in the ProPoints Dashboard. Stay tuned for the official launch details, where we’ll include more details and full program guidelines.
Do I need to track my ProPoints myself?
No. Your ProPoints and redemption history will be tracked for you and can be accessed through your ProPoints Dashboard.

ProPoints are non-transferable and may only be redeemed for rewards made available through the ProPoints Dashboard at the time of redemption. Reward availability and program details may change. doTERRA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, including point-earning and redemption options, at its sole discretion. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes. The percentage of all active US WAs who reached the following ranks in January through November 2025 is Elite: 4%, Premier: 0.9%, Silver: 0.6%, Gold: 0.2%, Platinum: 0.1%, Diamond: 0.1%, Blue Diamond: <0.1%, and Presidential Diamond: <0.1%. An active US WA is one who made a purchase, enrolled another account, or received compensation, and includes WAs who received no compensation.
