The doTERRA chief field officers are the voice of the field for doTERRA, strengthening our collective culture. They collaborate closely with both Wellness Advocates and corporate employees to ensure clear communication, goal alignment, and continuous improvement within the company. Their objectives include enhancing communication and education for the field, providing valuable insights to improve customer and leader experiences, and setting achievable goals for ongoing progress.
A chief field officer serves a six-month term, exemplify exceptional doTERRA leadership, and have extensive knowledge about the company.
Melyna Williams is a devoted mother of four beautiful children, a Presidential Diamond, and a residual income strategist.
Seeing the struggles of her single mother balancing work while raising four children, Melyna vowed as a child to create a passive income in her life, gifting herself as many precious moments with her family as possible. She believes the amazing doTERRA Compensation Plan lets you build the business you want while living the life you love, and she stands strongly against creating success at the cost of your family or your health.
Andy and Natalie Goddard believe that you were born to be free and that doTERRA is the best vehicle to build that freedom—in your wellness, finances, and mindset.
Natalie’s background is in marriage, family, and human development, while Andy specializes in graphic design, marketing, and training. They’ve loved bringing their unique backgrounds together to create a thriving marriage and family, a team of over 2 million families, and more than 800 Diamonds. They’ve also coauthored the Empowered Success system and a new home and event center, along with developing the Essential Emotions book, app, and coaching certification.
Andy and Natalie have been sharing essential oils for more than 15 years, learning and mentoring successful Wellness Advocates along the way. They believe success is best when it’s shared! They’re full of gratitude for the opportunity to work with so many incredible people who inspire them every day.
Dana Moore has built her thriving doTERRA business on simplicity and repetition. She’s served and trained Wellness Advocates in the “art of the class” and continuing education content for over a decade.
Dana moved to Florida a few years ago with her husband, Nate; four teens; and one fluffy dog.
