How to Earn the Trip

This year, Wellness Advocates who would like to join us on the Incentive Trip will have the opportunity to redeem a spot through ProPoints.

When can I start earning ProPoints for this trip?
ProPoints begin accruing on January 1st, 2025.

How do I claim my place on the Incentive Trip?
A trip for one person on the 2027 Incentive Trip will be a redemption of 1600 ProPoints. A trip for two people will be a redemption of 2500 ProPoints, an additional 900 ProPoints for the first guest.

Which markets are eligible to participate in the Incentive trip?
This Incentive Trip is open to the Wellness Advocates with accounts in the US and Canada markets.

Points Calculations

How frequently will ProPoints be updated on the ProPoints Dashboard?
ProPoints for new customer orders and first doTERRA Rewards volume will be added to the Dashboard within 24 hours. ProPoints for personal rank advancement and personal enrollee rank advancement will appear monthly, after the commission run.

Trip Details

When is the Incentive Trip?
The trip will take place from February 1 to 5, 2027.

Where will the 2027 Incentive Trip be held?
The Incentive Trip will take place at Hotel Xcaret Mexico.

If I qualify and want my family to come, can I pay their way on the Incentive Trip?
Some purchase options will be available via ProPoints for additional guests. Additional guest options will be addressed closer to the trip and will be dependent upon remaining availability.

Do I need a passport?
Each person attending will need a passport—valid for six months beyond the date of return.

Will the doTERRA Executive team be going on the Incentive Trip?
Each year, several of our Executive team members join us on the trip. You may have the chance to spend time with these team members during group meal functions, receptions, and other activities.

Registration, Gifting, & Buy-in

How do I register for the Incentive Trip?
Shortly after the redemption deadline for this trip, you’ll receive an email with a link to a registration website. Fill in all the information before the deadline provided. It is important to complete your registration on time.

Can I gift my trip to someone else?
Because this year’s trip will be redeemed via ProPoints, gifting your trip will not be an option this year. For more information or details surrounding this, email incentivetrip@doterra.com.

If I don’t qualify for the Incentive Trip but still want to attend, can I pay my own way?
Some buy-in options may be available. Buy-in options will be addressed closer to the trip and will be dependent upon remaining availability.

If I’ve redeemed a spot for the Incentive Trip, will I be taxed on the value?
Yes. If you redeem a spot and opt to attend the Incentive Trip, you’ll be taxed on the value of the trip (variable based on what you have redeemed for). Taxes will be assessed as part of your 2028 1099 from doTERRA.

If you redeem a spot and opt to decline the trip, you won’t be taxed on the value of the trip dependent upon time of cancellation.

Where can I submit an exception for my ProPoints?
Exceptions for ProPoints can be submitted via the Support tab on your personal ProPoints Dashboard.
