Earn immediate income as you share doTERRA products.
When you sign up new Wellness Advocates or Wholesale Customers and they place an order with Commissionable Volume (CV) during their first 60 days, you earn a 20% Fast Start commission. Your enroller also receives a 10% commission and that person’s enroller a 5% commission.
The best way to stay qualified for Fast Start, and other earnings, is to place a monthly 100+ PV Rewards order and have a recurring Rewards order set up on your account.
Structure your team for long-term support and stability.
Each month you have 500 PV or more in Rewards volume—also called a Power of 3 pod—on your frontline, you earn a $50 Power of 3 Bonus. When you help three builders on your frontline earn their own $50 bonus, then you earn a $250 bonus. Take that one level further, and you’ll earn a $1,250 bonus.
While you could personally sponsor all your new enrollees, over time it would become difficult to support everyone. The Power of 3 Bonus encourages you to structure your team in a way that ensures all customers and builders receive the specific support they need, without it becoming overwhelming for any one person.
Double your levels 1–2 Power of 3 earnings by actively growing your team.
With Power of 3 Pod(s) in place for the Power of 3 Bonus and Personal Growth Volume (PGV) targets reached, you can earn an additional earnings boost! The Power of 3 Boost is paid out monthly alongside the Power of 3 Bonus.

If you’re looking to reach $500 in earnings, the Power of 3 Bonus and Boost provide a clear path for achieving that.
First, aim for the $250 Power of 3 Bonus by creating 500 PV or more in Rewards orders on your frontline and helping three Wellness Advocates on your frontline to each do the same, creating their own 500+ PV pods of Rewards orders.
During months when you reach 800 PGV, you can double your $250 Power of 3 Bonus to earn an additional $250 Power of 3 Boost. PGV is the number of Rewards orders placed in a single month from customers you’ve personally signed up with doTERRA in the last 12 months. It’s a metric of growth and activity and a unique way the Compensation Plan rewards engaged business builders.
Earn commissions based on ongoing product sales within your organization.
Unilevel commissions are earned after a new member’s first 60 days. The more your team grows and the more products they sell, the higher your potential earnings are through this structure. In time, Unilevel can become the most significant part of your doTERRA income.
The Compensation Plan rewards you with the highest percentages on the lower levels of your team, where most of your volume typically is. To unlock the deepest two levels of Unilevel, you need to reach your Team Growth Volume (TGV).
Earn more bonuses as you advance in rank or maintain a rank and meet requirements during specific months.
doTERRA sets aside 8% of doTERRA Company Volume each month that's paid out in Pools each month that’s paid out in Pools. doTERRA offers six Pools, each rewarding specific ranks that meet certain performance requirements, with opportunities to earn extra shares.
Each month you achieve and maintain a rank between Premier and Presidential Diamond, you can qualify for shares in specific Pools. You can maximize those shares as you meet TGV metrics for Platinum and up Pools, taking part in the global growth of doTERRA.
